Description

•

The ThermophysicalData package contains functions for computing thermophysical, thermodynamic, and thermochemical properties. It uses the CoolProp library, developed at http://www.coolprop.org/ and the NASA Glenn Coefficients for Calculating Thermodynamic Properties, see https://www.grc.nasa.gov/WWW/CEAWeb/TP-2002-21556.htm.

•

Each command in the ThermophysicalData package can be accessed by using either the long form or the short form of the command name in the calling sequence.

As the underlying implementation of the ThermophysicalData package is a module, it is also possible to use the form ThermophysicalData:-Command to access a command from the package. For more information, see Module Members.

The ThermophysicalData package has two subpackages. The CoolProp subpackage contains commands to access the CoolProp library more directly than commands in the ThermophysicalData package itself. These commands will be more familiar to users who have used the CoolProp library in other environments.
