Rectified Mean

Compute the periodic average of the absolute value of the input

 Description The Rectified Mean component computes the mean of the absolute value of the input over the period of a specified frequency.
 Equations $y=\left\{\begin{array}{cc}0& t<{t}_{0}+\frac{1}{f}\\ f{\int }_{T}^{T+\frac{1}{f}}\left|u\right|\mathrm{dt}& \mathrm{otherwise}\end{array}$ $T={t}_{0}+\frac{\left|\left(t-{t}_{0}\right)f\right|-1}{f}$ $\mathrm{with}{t}_{0}\mathrm{the start-time of the simulation}$
