 hexahedron
generate 3-D plot object for a hexahedron

 Calling Sequence hexahedron([x, y, z], s, options)

Parameters

[x, y, z] - location of the hexahedron s - (optional) scale of the hexahedron; default is 1 options - (optional) equations of the form option=value. For a complete list, see plot3d/options.

Description

 • The hexahedron command creates a three-dimensional plot data object, which when displayed is a scaled hexahedron located at point [x,y,z]. Note that the scale factor is applied in each dimension. This command is an interface to the plots[polyhedraplot] routine.
 • The plot data object produced by the hexahedron command can be used in a PLOT3D data structure, or displayed using the plots[display] command.
 • Remaining arguments are interpreted as options, which are specified as equations of the form option = value. For more information, see plottools and plot3d/options.
