Please note: When you agree to these terms, you are accepting them on behalf of yourself and any co-presenters you may have. It is up to you to communicate with your colleagues as needed before accepting these terms on their behalf.

I acknowledge that my conference presentation will be recorded.

I give Maplesoft permission to edit, copy, exhibit, publish, and generally make use of any and all video taken of me during the conference, for purposes of sharing content from and promoting  the Maple Conference, and for relevant activities related to the promotion of Maplesoft products and services.

I consent to the use of my name in connection with the video(s).

I understand and agree that I will not receive any payment for my time or expenses or any royalty for the publication of the video(s) or the use of my name in conjunction with the video(s). (Don’t worry, we won’t be collecting royalties either!)
