convert elementary functions to exp and ln

 Calling Sequence convert(expr, expln)

Parameters

 expr - expression with elementary functions

Description

 • The convert/expln function converts all elementary functions to exp and ln.

Examples

 > $f≔\mathrm{cos}\left(x\right)\mathrm{sin}\left(x\right):$
 > $\mathrm{convert}\left(f,\mathrm{expln}\right)$
 ${-}\frac{{1}}{{2}}{}{I}{}\left(\frac{{1}}{{2}}{}{{ⅇ}}^{{I}{}{x}}{+}\frac{{1}}{{2}}{}{{ⅇ}}^{{-}{I}{}{x}}\right){}\left({{ⅇ}}^{{I}{}{x}}{-}{{ⅇ}}^{{-}{I}{}{x}}\right)$ (1)

The convert/expln function will convert all elementary functions to either exp or ln.
