Toolbar for 2-D Plots

The following are descriptions of the toolbar boxes and icons for 2-D plots.

 2-D Plot Toolbar This toolbar is available when you select a 2-D plot.

2-D Plot Toolbar Options

 Changes the curve style to Line. Changes the curve style to Point. Changes the curve style to Pointline. Changes the curve style to Polygon With Outline. Changes the curve style to Polygon. Changes the axes style to Boxed. Changes the axes style to Framed. Changes the axes style to Normal. Changes the axes style to None. Toggles projection between Constrained and Unconstrained. The point probe tool allows you to select a curve. If you select a coordinate type from the selection tool menu ( ), you can also use the point probe tool to display coordinates. Displays plot manipulator mouse pointer. Displays coordinates that correspond to the position of the mouse pointer. Displays coordinates that correspond to the point on the curve that is nearest to the mouse pointer and explicitly defined in the computed plot. Displays interpolated coordinates that correspond to the point on the curve that is nearest to the mouse pointer. In an embedded plot window, use this probe to execute the specified click and drag code, if any. Pan the plot by changing the view ranges. Zoom into the plot. Once this icon is selected, zoom into the plot by placing the pointer over the plot and then rotating the mouse wheel. Zoom out of the plot. Once this icon is selected, zoom out of the plot by placing the pointer over the plot and then rotating the mouse wheel. Reset the view to the default view (100%) of the 2-D plot. Displays the Axis Properties dialog. Display/remove gridlines. Displays the Axis Gridline Properties dialog.
