The MapleSim Hydraulics Library from Modelon lets engineers incorporate advanced hydraulic subsystems in multidomain system models. The hydraulic systems can include directional control values, actuators, transmission lines, restrictions, bends, and more. The library also supports tabulated fluid properties, and can model pressure-dependent compressibility.
This webinar introduces the component library and shows how it can be used in models that also contain mechanical and electrical elements. Several applications that employ the library will be demonstrated, including models that incorporate a telescopic hydraulic arm, a regenerative hydraulic circuit, and a hydrostatic drive.
The webinar will also describe how a standalone hydraulic system model can be deployed using MapleSim's C-code generation.
