Quarter Car Suspension Model

This model demonstrates a quarter car suspension configuration using a double wishbone suspension. The wheel is placed on top of a post shaker that is provided with a time based signal used to actuate the post up and down. The motion response of the wheel, suspension, and ¼ of the vehicle mass can be observed. In this example, the double wishbone suspension is modeled with components from the Multibody library. Additionally, the wheel is modeled with linear spring damper characteristics in the longitudinal, lateral, and vertical directions.
