Thin Disk – Multibody, Multi-Domain Physical Model in MapleSim – Maplesoft

Thin Disk

This is a model of a thin disk that is propelled around in a circular arc. This model uses the MapleSim Tire library components to capture the thin disk characteristics. The model is comprised of a visualization subsystem (VIZ), the tire library components that form the thin disk model, and an angular sensor for terminating the simulation if the disk tips over.
