Minimum/Maximum of a Function

	Description
	Calculate the minimum and maximum values of a univariate function. If the function has multiple maximum or minimum values, or if the value cannot be determined for all $x$ , try finding the minimum/maximum value on an interval.

Specify the function as an expression.

>	$\cos (x) + 2$

Calculate the minimum of the function.

>	$minimize ()$
