Recall, we can write the composition as Fx=fgx, where fz=z20 and z=gx=x4+1. Then, F′x is computed by the Chain rule as follows.
In actual practice, this application of the Chain rule would most likely be implemented as follows.
=20 gx19 g′x
=20x4+119 4 x3
=80 x3 x4+119
