Share with Maple Cloud, This Instance or This Class

  • Sharing with the Maple Cloud makes the course module available to any Maple T.A. user who has access to the Maple Cloud.
  • Sharing with This instance makes the course module available to everyone using the particular instance of Maple T.A. from your school. In other words, all instructors at your institution will see the course module in their Content Repository.
  • Sharing with This class means only your current class has access to it. As a result, only instructors of this particular class will see the course module in their Content Repository.

Important: If you want to increase the privacy level, you can always revert back to This class to reduce the number of people the course module is shared with. The content will automatically be unpublished from the Maple Cloud and This instance.

Course Module Creation and Shared Class Inheritance of Questions and Assignments

Course modules can only include content that is local to the source class.

  • Content inherited from another class cannot be included.
  • The course module creation screen will not show any inherited content.
