Three-phase to DQ coordinates

 Description The To DQ component transforms a three-phase input $u$ to a space-phasor which is rotated to the rotor-fixed coordinate system, using the provided mechanical rotor angle $\mathrm{\phi }$. The output, $y$, is the resulting dq components.
