St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market

Located in St. Jacobs, the nearby countryside is home to many local farmers and crafters who bring their products to our iconic market. Since 1975, visitors have enjoyed St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market where over 300 vendors gather each week inside three main buildings and in an outdoor area that swells as the growing season progresses.

St. Jacobs Country Playhouse

The Clay and Glass Gallery

The Canadian Clay and Glass Gallery, located in UpTown Waterloo, is dedicated to exhibiting and collecting ceramic, glass, enamel and stained glass works of art. Featuring newly renovated gallery spaces, it is a popular destination for art enthusiasts of all ages. Local and international visitors will find contemporary artwork from both emerging and established artists. Featuring exhibitions that rotate four times a year, there’s always something new to discover.

The Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum & Doon Heritage Village

The Ken Seiling Waterloo Region Museum is the largest community museum in Ontario. It consists of two indoor museum galleries, as well as Doon Heritage Village, a 60 acre living history exhibit.

The museum’s main gallery provides visitors with a look at Waterloo Region’s history. Local artifacts have been collected since 1912, and are preserved and stored in the museum’s Curatorial Centre.
