Calculus Study Guide Installation Instructions Windows Download Linux/UNIX Download Mac OS X Download Windows Download Navigate to the folder where you saved the download. Double-click the CalculusStudyGuide.zip file to extract the files. Select a writable location in which to extract the files. The extraction process creates a CalculusStudyGuide folder at that location, and places all files inside this folder. Create a back up copy of CalculusStudyGuide.zip file. Open the Contents.mw worksheet in the CalculusStudyGuide folder. This worksheet is the starting point for the Study Guide. Linux/UNIX Download Change directory to the directory where you saved the download. Extract the files with the command tar xzvf CalculusStudyGuide.tar.gz (on Linux), or using the appropriate unpacking command(s) for your system. Mac OS X Download If you do not have a copy of StuffIt Expander then download it now at www.aladdinsys.com/expander/mac_login.html. Navigate to the folder where you saved the download. Double-click the CalculusStudyGuide.sit file to extract the files. Select a writable location in which to extract the files. The extraction process creates a CalculusStudyGuide folder at that location, and places all files inside this folder. Create a back up copy of CalculusStudyGuide.sit file.
