Hiding and Displaying Content in the 3-D Workspace

By hiding and displaying content, you can focus on certain aspects of your 3-D model and customize the 3-D Workspace and the 3-D Playback mode according to your preferences. You can hide and display the following 3-D Workspace components:

 • Gridlines
 • Arrows indicating the directions of the world axes
 • Implicit geometry
 • Attached shapes
 • Force and torque arrows
 • Trace lines

To hide and display the 3-D workspace components:

 • Click on the button representing the function you want to toggle in the appropriate 3-D toolbars:
 • For the 3-D Workspace, see Toolbar: 3-D Toolbar.
 • For the playback mode, see Toolbar: Playback Controls.
