Exporting a Model to a Modelica File
If you want to simulate your MapleSim model in an application that supports the Modelica modeling language (version 3.1 without annotations), you can export your model to a .mo file. The resulting .mo file is an 'unflattened' Modelica file, meaning that in addition to generating equations and a description of the physics of the model, the topology and layout is preserved in the exported Modelica.
To export a model to a .mo file
1. From the File menu, select Export Modelica....
2. In the Select File dialog box, browse to the directory in which you want to export the model.
3. Enter a name for the file and click Save.
