Fixed heat flow boundary condition

Description

The Fixed Heat Flow component allows a specified amount of heat flow rate to be injected into a thermal system at a given port. Its equation is

 ${Q}_{\mathrm{port}}=-{Q}_{\mathrm{flow}}\cdot \left(1-\mathrm{α}\cdot \left({T}_{\mathrm{port}}-{T}_{\mathrm{ref}}\right)\right)$

The constant amount of heat flow rate $Q$is given as a parameter. The heat flows into the component to which the Fixed Heat Flow component is connected if the parameter $Q$ is positive.
