Measure relative fluid temperature

Description

The Relative Fluid Temperature Sensor component generates a real signal proportional to the temperature difference from ${\mathrm{flowPort}}_{a}$ to ${\mathrm{flowPort}}_{b}$.

The mass and energy flows into both ports are zero.
