Integer To Boolean

Converts an integer signal to a Boolean signal

Description

The Integer To Boolean components converts the integer input, $u$, to a Boolean value based on the preset threshold, $\mathrm{threshold}$. The equation of this component is

 $y=\left\{\begin{array}{cc}\mathrm{true}& u\ge \mathrm{threshold}\\ \mathrm{false}& \mathrm{otherwise}\end{array}\right\$

Connections

Name Description $u$ Connection for the integer input signal $y$ Connection for the Boolean output signal

Variables

Symbol Units Description $u$ - Integer input signal $y$ - Boolean output signal

Parameters

Symbol Default Units Description Modelica ID $\mathrm{threshold}$ $1$ - If the input signal, u, is greater than or equal to this value, the output signal, y, is true. threshold
