Hysteresis

Converts a real signal to a Boolean signal with hysteresis

Description

The Hysteresis component converts a real input signal, u, into a Boolean output signal, y, according to the following equation:

        y:={falsey=true and uulowtruey=false and uuhighypreviousotherwise
