Outputs a zero-order hold of a sample period

Description

The Zero Order Hold component outputs the input value, u, for a given sampling time and holds the output at the value of the last sample instant during the sample points. The equation of this component is

y=utT0samplePeriod=0u^otherwise

The Signal Size parameter allows the block to operate on a vector of signals rather than a single signal.
