Triggered Sampler

Triggered sampling of continuous signals

Description The Triggered Sample component samples the continuous input signal whenever the trigger input signal rises (that is, triggers changes from false to true), and provides the sampled input signal as output. Before the first sampling, the output signal is equal to the initial value defined by the parameter, $y{}_{0}$. The Signal Size parameter allows the block to operate on a vector of signals rather than a single signal.

Connections

Name Description $u$ Continuous input signal connection $y$ Continuous output signal connection trigger Input signal

Parameters

Symbol Default Units Description Modelica ID $y{}_{0}$ $0$ - Initial value of output signal y_start Signal Size $1$ - Dimension of input and output signals signalSize
