Defines a region of zero output

Description

The Dead Zone component defines a region of zero output. If the input is within the range specified by ${u}_{\mathrm{max}}$ and ${u}_{\mathrm{min}}$, the output is zero. The equation of this component is

$y=\left\{\begin{array}{cc}u-{u}_{\mathrm{min}}& {u}_{\mathrm{min}}\ge u\\ 0& {u}_{\mathrm{min}} The Signal Size parameter allows the block to operate on a vector of signals rather than a single signal.
