Force Arrow

Display an arrow to indicate the force magnitude and direction on a component

Description

During an animation, the height of the arrow changes to represent the instantaneous force magnitude and direction acting on a component.  You must connect this component in parallel with a multibody Force and Moment sensor in your model.  For more information on how to use the Force Arrow see Using the Force Arrow.

Defines the position of Force Arrow base in the 3D visualization

Force input from the Force and Moment sensor

Force Arrow scale factor (n).  The force magnitude length (m) is divided by this number (n), to give (m/n).

color

red

Defines the arrow and cylinder color. For information on using the color selection tools, see Selecting Colors.
