QMeas $—$ Flow rate sensor

The QMeas component describes an ideal sensor that measures the connector flow rate q between two ports in an ideal way and provides the result as an output signal in $\frac{{m}^{3}}{s}$ (to be further processed with blocks of the Modelica.Blocks library).
