Tank $—$ Tank with preload and resistance

Tank with a preload pressure against atmosphere and resistance of tank pipe. A preload pressure of 0 $\mathrm{Pa}$ means that the tank has atmospheric pressure. A preload pressure of 1 $\mathrm{MPa}$ means that the tank has an absolute pressure of 1.1 $\mathrm{MPa}$. The resistance is the inverse of the conductance of the tank pipe, ${G}_{T}$.
