geom3d[sides] - compute the sides of a given triangle, a regular polyhedron, or an Archimedean solid

Description

• 

The routine computes the sides of triangle g, the side of a regular polyhedron, or of an archimedean solid.

• 

In case g is a triangle, the output is a list of three element denoting the three sides of g.

• 

The command with(geom3d,sides) allows the use of the abbreviated form of this command.

Examples

with(geom3d):

Define a dodecahedron with center (0,0,0), radius of the circum-sphere 1

dodecahedron(d,point(o,0,0,0),1);
