I ordered Maple through your Webstore and can't download from the link provided. The link comes up as invalid. I get the error message:

Error: Item is not free
Error: Not free

For security purposes, the URL provided in the confirmation email is quite long. Some email applications may truncate the active link portion when the text wraps to the next line. When you open the link in the browser, ensure that the URL is complete. You may find it easier to copy and paste it into your browser rather than just clicking on the link.
