Frequently Asked Questions and Answers

I ordered Maple through your Webstore and when I try to install from the downloaded file I get an error message about "magic number does not match". What's the problem?

This is a standard error message from the Maple Product installer when the download file is incomplete. Please verify that your download filesize matches the following:

Windows: 126 MB (132,439,170 bytes)
Macintosh: 100 MB (105,741,469 bytes)
Linux: 139 MB (146,530,279 bytes)

If you continue to have problems downloading the complete file, Please contact our customer service department for further assistance. Please include your order tracking number and platform information.
