What is Product Activation?

Question:

What is Product Activation?


Solution:

Product Activation is an online licensing process for some Maple products. If your version of Maple requires activation, you will either be prompted to activate at the end of the install process or the first time that you start Maple's Standard Worksheet.

During activation you will be prompted to enter a Purchase Code, and will be asked for basic contact information. This information will be sent directly to our secure licensing server, which will generate a license file and place it in the correct directory on your computer.
