Question:

I'm having troubles accessing an assignment or class page in Maple T.A.

How do I clear my browser cache to help solve my Maple T.A. issue?


Solution:

To resolve your error message, please open up your web browser settings and clear your web browser’s stored cache images and files using the option "since the beginning of time".

This can be done by pressing:

Windows: Ctrl+Shift+Delete

Mac OSX: Command+Shift+Delete

Mac (Safari): Command+Alt+E

Be sure to select the Files and Images checkboxes, and then click on “Clear browsing data” to complete the wipe.
