Shoot the Ball MapleSim Model - Shoot the Ball S-Function - MapleSim Model Gallery

Shoot the Ball

This model demonstrates the well known concept called projectile motion by simulating the physics of shooting a ball. Parameters such as launch angle, speed, height, ball mass, target height and distance are adjustable such that users can try out different what if scenarios and determine if the ball will hit one of the three predefined targets.
This model is ideal for use in the engineering classroom to teach fundamental concepts.
