PWM Furnace
Some industrial ovens need very careful control of the temperature. A thermostat controller relies on variations in temperature which would not be desirable. A PWM controller pulses the heater on and off with varying durations, dependent on the output of a PID controller. In this way, the temperature can be accurately controlled. |
