University Graduates:

Technical Support Analyst
A highly organized and customer-service oriented individual is required to join the Technical Support Team.  As a key member of the team you will be the primary interface between the company and our external customers.  You will answer a wide range of technical and mathematical questions from Maplesoft users worldwide, more specifically for Maple, MapleSim and Maple T.A.
 
As Technical Support Analyst you will also work with the rest of the Research and Development Department, as well as other key areas in Maplesoft to provide superior service to our customers.  You will have the opportunity to participate in product evaluation and developmental feedback of the product during the release cycle.  Your initiative and ability to be an independent worker who takes ownership for customer technical issues is critical to the success of the Technical Support Team.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience with Linux, Windows, and Macintosh operating systems
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong mathematical skills
  • Customer service oriented and the ability to work in a team
  • Knowledge of Maple, Maple T.A. and/or MapleSim is an asset

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Mathematics, Bachelor of Science or Applied Science with a strong mathematics background.
